Pursuing her love for slow food, Jenn Ashton first began experimenting with baked goods and seasonal recipes within the comfort of her home, though she had no idea she would soon be providing for her town. Juniper Market was created to offer a welcoming space for locals to come together and enjoy fresh, delicious food alongside good company.
Jenn first opened Juniper Market in 2014 within a shared space of the local shop, Coastal Traders. While she was only able to serve select items and pre-made, grab n’ go meals out of a deli case at the time, she quickly became known around town for her friendly face, delicious coffee, and fan-favorite Happy Trails cookies. Flash-forward to present-day and Jenn has now expanded her business, menu, and community.
